‎                     Onion Paratha



Ingredients:  

‎- 2 cups gehun ka atta (wheat flour)  
‎- 1 large pyaz (finely chopped)  
‎- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)  
‎- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)  
‎- 1/2 tsp red chili powder  
‎- Salt to taste  
‎- Fresh coriander (chopped)  
‎- Water (for dough)  
‎- Oil/ghee (for cooking)  

‎Method:  

‎1. Atta me namak, ajwain, lal mirch, pyaz, hari mirch aur dhaniya daal kar ache se mix karo.  
‎2. Thoda thoda paani daal kar tight dough gundho 10 min ke liye dhak kar rakh do.  
‎3. Dough se medium size ke balls bana lo.  
‎4. Belan se ball ko patla paratha bel lo.  
‎5. Tawa garam karo paratha dono side se tel/ghee laga kar golden brown hone tak sekho.  
‎6. Garma garam paratha dahi ya achar ke saath serve karo.
