Onion Paratha |
Ingredients:
- 2 cups gehun ka atta (wheat flour)
- 1 large pyaz (finely chopped)
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (chopped)
- Water (for dough)
- Oil/ghee (for cooking)
Method:
1. Atta me namak, ajwain, lal mirch, pyaz, hari mirch aur dhaniya daal kar ache se mix karo.
2. Thoda thoda paani daal kar tight dough gundho 10 min ke liye dhak kar rakh do.
3. Dough se medium size ke balls bana lo.
4. Belan se ball ko patla paratha bel lo.
5. Tawa garam karo paratha dono side se tel/ghee laga kar golden brown hone tak sekho.
6. Garma garam paratha dahi ya achar ke saath serve karo.
