                      Motichur Laddu


Ingredients:  

‎- 1 cup sooji (semolina)  
‎- 1 cup besan (gram flour)  
‎- 1 cup sugar  
‎- 1 cup water  
‎- Ghee for frying  
‎- A pinch of saffron (optional)  
‎- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp  
‎- Few drops of yellow/orange food color  
‎- Chopped nuts for garnish  

‎Method:  

‎1. Sooji aur besan ko paani ke sath mix karo taaki smooth batter ban jaye phir food color daal do.  
‎2. Ghee ko garam karo deep frying ke liye.  
‎3. Batter ko perforated ladle/chaamach se ghee me daal kar chhoti pearls bana lo. Golden aur crispy hone tak fry kar ke nikaal lo.  
‎4. Sugar aur water ko boil karo taaki sugar syrup ban jaye (1-string consistency tak).  
‎5. Syrup me elaichi powder aur saffron daal do.  
‎6. Fried boondi pearls ko garam syrup me daal ke halka mix karo.  
‎7. Thoda thanda hone par round laddu bana lo upar se nuts garnish kar do.  
‎8. Thanda hone do aur phir serve karo.
