 Ingredients: 

‎- 2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)  
‎- 4 tbsp oil  
‎- 1/2 tsp salt  
‎- 1/2 cup paani (dough ke liye)  
‎- 3 medium aloo (ubale aur mashed)  
‎- 1/2 cup matar (boiled)  
‎- 1 tsp jeera  
‎- 1 tsp garam masala  
‎- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder  
‎- 1/2 tsp haldi powder  
‎- 2 tbsp hara dhaniya (finely chopped)  
‎- 2 green chili (finely chopped)  
‎- Namak swad anusar  
‎- Tel (samosa talne ke liye)

‎Method:  

‎1. Maida, salt, aur oil ko mix kar ke paani daal kar tight dough gundh lo. 20 min ke liye rakh do.  
‎2. Ek pan me thoda tel garam karo jeera daal kar bhuno.  
‎3. Usme aloo, matar, garam masala, lal mirch, haldi aur namak daal kar acchi tarah mix kar ke thanda hone do.  
‎4. Thanda filling me hara dhaniya aur hari mirch daal do.  
‎5. Dough se chhote balls banakar round shape me bel lo.  
‎6. Half cut kar ke cone shape banao, filling bhar kar edges seal karo.  
‎7. Tel garam kar ke samose golden brown hone tak talo.  
‎8. Garama garam chutney ya sauce ke saath serve karo.
