| Samosa |
Ingredients:
- 2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup paani (dough ke liye)
- 3 medium aloo (ubale aur mashed)
- 1/2 cup matar (boiled)
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 2 tbsp hara dhaniya (finely chopped)
- 2 green chili (finely chopped)
- Namak swad anusar
- Tel (samosa talne ke liye)
Method:
1. Maida, salt, aur oil ko mix kar ke paani daal kar tight dough gundh lo. 20 min ke liye rakh do.
2. Ek pan me thoda tel garam karo jeera daal kar bhuno.
3. Usme aloo, matar, garam masala, lal mirch, haldi aur namak daal kar acchi tarah mix kar ke thanda hone do.
4. Thanda filling me hara dhaniya aur hari mirch daal do.
5. Dough se chhote balls banakar round shape me bel lo.
6. Half cut kar ke cone shape banao, filling bhar kar edges seal karo.
7. Tel garam kar ke samose golden brown hone tak talo.
8. Garama garam chutney ya sauce ke saath serve karo.
