Ingredients:
- 1 cup chawal (rice)
- 1/2 cup moong dal (yellow lentils)
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 4 cup paani
- Namak swad anusar
- 1/2 cup sabzi (gajar, matar, shimla mirch - optional)
Method:
1. Chawal aur moong dal ko saaf kar ke 15 min bhigo do.
2. Pressure cooker me ghee garam karo, jeera daal kar tadka lagao.
3. Haldi aur namak daal kar bhune.
4. Chawal, dal aur sabzi daal kar achhi tarah mix karo.
5. Paani daal kar pressure cooker ka dhakkan bandh kar 3-4 siti lagao.
6. Cooker khulne ke baad halka hilao aur garma garam serve karo.
