Ingredients:

‎- 2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)  
‎- 4 tbsp oil (for dough)  
‎- 1/2 tsp salt  
‎- 1/2 cup paani (water for dough)  
‎- 1 cup moong dal (dhuli hui)  
‎- 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)  
‎- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)  
‎- 1 tsp garam masala  
‎- 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)  
‎- 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)  
‎- 1 tbsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)  
‎- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)  
‎- Namak swad anusar  
‎- Tel (samosa talne ke liye)

Method:

‎1. Maida, namak aur tel mila kar thoda sa paani daal kar sookha aur tight dough gundh lo.  
‎2. Moong dal ko ache se bhigo kar 2-3 ghante ke liye rakh do.  
‎3. Dal ko ubal kar masala (jeera, ajwain, hing, garam masala, amchur, dhaniya powder, hari mirch aur namak) daal kar achhi tarah bhuno.  
‎4. Dough ko chhote balls me baant lo. Har ball ko bel kar filling bhar kar ache se bandh do.  
‎5. Garam tel me kachori ko dono taraf golden brown hone tak talo.  
‎6. Garma garam chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karo.
