Pav Bhaji


Ingredients:

‎- 4 pav (bread buns)  
‎- 2 cup mixed sabzi (aloo, matar, gobi, shimla mirch, tamatar)  
‎- 2 tbsp butter  
‎- 1 cup finely chopped pyaz  
‎- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste  
‎- 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)  
‎- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala  
‎- 1 tsp red chili powder  
‎- 1 tsp turmeric powder  
‎- Namak swad anusar  
‎- 2 tbsp oil  
‎- Hara dhaniya (garnish)  
‎- 1 lemon (optional)

‎Method:

‎1. Sabziyon ko ubal kar mash kar lo.  
‎2. Ek pan me tel aur butter garam karo, pyaz aur ginger-garlic paste bhuno.  
‎3. Green chilies, pav bhaji masala, lal mirch, haldi daal kar 1-2 min bhuno.  
‎4. Mash ki hui sabzi daal kar namak milao aur 5-7 min tak pakao.  
‎5. Butter me pav ko sek lo jab tak golden aur crispy ho jaye.  
‎6. Garam garam bhaji ko hara dhaniya aur nimbu ke sath serve karo pav ke saath.
