| Pav Bhaji |
Ingredients:
- 4 pav (bread buns)
- 2 cup mixed sabzi (aloo, matar, gobi, shimla mirch, tamatar)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pyaz
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Namak swad anusar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Hara dhaniya (garnish)
- 1 lemon (optional)
Method:
1. Sabziyon ko ubal kar mash kar lo.
2. Ek pan me tel aur butter garam karo, pyaz aur ginger-garlic paste bhuno.
3. Green chilies, pav bhaji masala, lal mirch, haldi daal kar 1-2 min bhuno.
4. Mash ki hui sabzi daal kar namak milao aur 5-7 min tak pakao.
5. Butter me pav ko sek lo jab tak golden aur crispy ho jaye.
6. Garam garam bhaji ko hara dhaniya aur nimbu ke sath serve karo pav ke saath.
