Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated gobi (cauliflower) ya chopped chicken (non-veg)
- 2 tbsp maida
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 hari mirch (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pyaz (onion)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- Namak swad anusar
- Oil for deep frying
- Hara dhaniya for garnish
Method:
1. Gobi/chicken, maida, cornflour, namak aur ginger-garlic paste mix kar ke smooth batter bana lo.
2. Is batter se chhote balls bana kar garam tel me golden brown tak deep fry karo.
3. Ek pan me thoda tel garam karo, pyaz aur hari mirch daal kar halka bhuno.
4. Soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce aur thoda paani daal kar gravy banao.
5. Fried balls ko gravy mein daal kar 2-3 minute tak pakaao taaki flavors mix ho jayen.
6. Hara dhaniya se garnish karo aur garma garam serve karo.
