Ingredients:

‎- 1 cup grated gobi (cauliflower) ya chopped chicken (non-veg)  
‎- 2 tbsp maida  
‎- 2 tbsp cornflour  
‎- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste  
‎- 2-3 hari mirch (finely chopped)  
‎- 1/2 cup finely chopped pyaz (onion)  
‎- 2 tbsp soy sauce  
‎- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup  
‎- 1 tsp chili sauce  
‎- Namak swad anusar  
‎- Oil for deep frying  
‎- Hara dhaniya for garnish 
 

‎Method:  

‎1. Gobi/chicken, maida, cornflour, namak aur ginger-garlic paste mix kar ke smooth batter bana lo.  
‎2. Is batter se chhote balls bana kar garam tel me golden brown tak deep fry karo.  
‎3. Ek pan me thoda tel garam karo, pyaz aur hari mirch daal kar halka bhuno.  
‎4. Soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce aur thoda paani daal kar gravy banao.  
‎5. Fried balls ko gravy mein daal kar 2-3 minute tak pakaao taaki flavors mix ho jayen.  
‎6. Hara dhaniya se garnish karo aur garma garam serve karo.
