Ingredients:  

‎- 2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)  
‎- 1/2 tsp namak  
‎- 3/4 cup paani (dough ke liye)  
‎- 1 cup finely chopped gobi (cabbage)  
‎- 1/2 cup finely chopped gajar (carrot)  
‎- 1/2 cup finely chopped pyaz (onion)  
‎- 2-3 hari mirch (finely chopped)  
‎- 2 tbsp soy sauce  
‎- 1 tbsp vinegar  
‎- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste  
‎- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder  
‎- Namak swad anusar  
‎- Tel (steaming ke liye)

‎Method:

‎1. Maida, namak aur paani mila kar smooth dough bana kar rakh do.  
‎2. Sabziyon ko ache se chop kar ke ek bowl me daal do.  
‎3. Soy sauce, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder aur namak daal kar acchi tarah mix karo.  
‎4. Dough se chhoti balls bana kar patla roti jaisi bel lo.  
‎5. Har roti me sabzi ka mixture daal kar edges ko ache se seal karo.  
‎6. Steamer me tel laga kar momos ko 10-12 min tak steam karo.  
‎7. Garma garam chutney ke saath serve karo.
