Ingredients:
- 6-7 boiled eggs
- 1 bada pyaz, 4 tamatar
- 5 lehsun, 1 tbsp adrak, 5 hari mirch
- 2 tbsp lal mirch powder, 2 tsp jeera, 2 tsp dhaniya powder, 2 tbsp garam masala, namak, kali mirch
- 1 stick dalchini, 1 tej patta, 2 green elaichi, 1 black elaichi
- 4 tbsp tel, 2 cup paani
Method:
1. Pyaz, adrak, lehsun, hari mirch ko grind kar ke paste bana lo.
2. Tel garam karo sab whole masale daal ke bhuno phir pyaz ka paste daal kar golden hone tak bhuno.
3. Tamatar daal kar bhuno jab tak masala tel na chhod de.
4. Sab powder masale daal kar 2-3 min bhuno phir paani daal kar gravy banne do.
5. Uble ande ko fry karo phir gravy me daal kar 5-7 min pakao.
6. Hara dhaniya se garnish karo.
Bas ho gaya ready, ab garma garam roti ya chawal ke saath serve karo aur maja lo!
