Ingredients:
1 medium phool gobhi (cauliflower), 1 pyaz, 1 gajar, 1 shimla mirch, 1/2 cup matar, 2-3 lahsun, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tel, namak, kali mirch, hara dhaniya.
Method:
1. Phool gobhi ko food processor ya kaddukas se rice jaisa bana lo.
2. Pan mein tel garam karo, lahsun, pyaz, gajar, shimla mirch, matar daal ke 2-3 min bhuno.
3. Ab gobhi rice daal ke 5 min bhuno, soya sauce, namak, kali mirch daal do.
4. Hara dhaniya daal ke serve karo—bas, healthy fried rice ready!
