Ingredients:

‎- Doodh (milk)  
‎- Lemon ya vinegar (doodh phatane ke liye)  
‎- Cheeni (sugar)  
‎- Pani (water for syrup)  
‎- Elaichi powder (optional)
  

‎Method:

‎1. Doodh ko garam karke lemon/vinegar daalo aur chhena nikaalo.  
‎2. Chhena ko achhi tarah nichod kar smooth dough banao ab chhote balls banao.  
‎3. Sugar syrup garam karo balls daal kar 15-20 min tak pakao.  
‎4. Thanda karke elaichi powder chhidak ke serve karo
