Ingredients:
- Doodh (milk)
- Lemon ya vinegar (doodh phatane ke liye)
- Cheeni (sugar)
- Pani (water for syrup)
- Elaichi powder (optional)
Method:
1. Doodh ko garam karke lemon/vinegar daalo aur chhena nikaalo.
2. Chhena ko achhi tarah nichod kar smooth dough banao ab chhote balls banao.
3. Sugar syrup garam karo balls daal kar 15-20 min tak pakao.
4. Thanda karke elaichi powder chhidak ke serve karo
