Ingredients for Puri:
- 2 cup maida
- Namak (salt) as needed
- Pani (water) to knead
- Tel (oil) for frying
Method for Puri:
1. Maida aur namak milakar pani dal kar tight dough banayen.
2. Chhoti chhoti puriyan bel kar garam tel me taliyen until golden brown.
Ingredients for Sabji:
- 3-4 aloo (boiled and mashed)
- 1 pyaz (onion)
- 2 tamatar (tomato)
- Hari mirch, adrak, haldi, mirch, dhaniya powder, namak
- Tel for cooking
Method for Sabji:
1. Tel me pyaz bhunen phir tamatar daalen, masale daalein.
2. Aloo milayen thoda pani daal kar pakayen tak sabzi gravy ban jaye.
