Ingredients:

- 1 kg gajar (carrot) kadi hui
- 1 litre doodh
- 200g cheeni
- 100g mava/khoya (optional)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 10-12 kaju, badam (chopped)
- 4-5 elaichi (crushed)

Method:

1. Gajar ko kadhai me doodh ke saath medium flame pe pakao doodh sukhne tak.
2. Cheeni, ghee aur mava daal kar 10-15 min bhuno.
3. Dry fruits aur elaichi daal kar 5 min aur bhuno.

Bas ho gaya taiyaar, ab garma garam serve karo aur maja lo! 😋
