Ingredients:

- 2 cup maida  
- 1/4 cup oil  
- 1/2 tsp ajwain  
- Namak swad anusar  
- 3-4 aloo (ubale, mase hue)  
- 1/2 cup matar  
- 1 pyaz (bareek kati)  
- 1 tsp adrak (bareek kata)  
- 1-2 hari mirch (bareek kati)  
- 1 tsp jeera  
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder  
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch  
- 1/2 tsp garam masala  
- 1/2 tsp amchur  
- Tel (talne ke liye)  
- Hara dhaniya (garnish)

Method:

1. Maida, ajwain, namak aur oil mix karo paani daal ke tight dough gundh lo 30 min dhak ke rakh do.  
2. Pan me tel garam karo jeera, adrak, hari mirch, pyaz bhuno.  
3. Matar, aloo, dhaniya powder, lal mirch, garam masala, amchur, namak daal ke ache se bhuno thanda hone do.  
4. Dough ke chote balls banao oval shape me bel lo beech se kaat lo.  
5. Half circle ko cone shape do paani lagakar chipkao filling bhar do.  
6. Kinare paani se chipkao tight band karo.  
7. Garam tel me golden brown hone tak deep fry karo.  
8. Hara dhaniya ke saath serve karo.
