Ingredients:

- 1 cup arhar dal  
- 1 medium pyaaz (chopped)  
- 1 tamatar (chopped)  
- 2 hari mirch (chopped)  
- 1 tsp jeera  
- 1/2 tsp haldi  
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder  
- Namak swad anusar  
- 2 tbsp ghee  
- Hara dhaniya (garnish ke liye)  

Method:

1. Dal ko ache se dho kar cooker me 2.5 cup paani, haldi aur namak daal kar 3-4 siti tak paka lo.  
2. Ek pan me ghee garam karo, usme jeera daalo.  
3. Jeera chhatakne lage toh pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhuno.  
4. Ab hari mirch aur tamatar daal kar soft hone tak bhuno.  
5. Lal mirch powder daal kar mix karo, phir yeh tadka ubli hui dal me daal do.  
6. Dal ko 2-3 min tak ubalne do, upar se hara dhaniya daal kar serve karo.

Yeh dal chawal ke saath perfect lagti hai! 😋
